Candidates can complete the assessment at a time convenient to them. Each session is securely recorded, with the laptop’s webcam activated, to ensure integrity and provide full visibility into the candidate’s approach and methodology.

 

The assessment environment presents realistic networking scenarios, requiring candidates to perform a series of tasks aimed at diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

 

Upon completion, candidates upload their recorded session to a secure Google Drive link for review by BergIT’s technical evaluators.

 

Within 24 hours of submission, a comprehensive assessment report—along with the recorded session—is made available to the recruitment agency or hiring organization.

 

Assessment Report Includes:

1. Problem Resolution Time

    Validation of the issue before resolution and confirmation of successful remediation afterward.
